Will my current account information transfer over?
Existing customer account information will be reviewed and transferred as part of the onboarding process. If you have questions about your account, please contact your local RMI branch or sales representative.
Will pricing change?
Customer pricing will be transitioned into the Robert Madden Industries system and will match current pricing
levels. Once set up, pricing will be available across all 24 RMI locations.

assistance.
Our goal is to provide continuity. In many cases, customers may continue working with familiar team members and receive additional support from the Robert Madden Industries team.
Can I still visit the same branch location?
Yes, you will still have access to the AC Supply Co. in Arlington, N. Fort Worth, and Westside. We will be closing
the downtown branch on Page Avenue, effective May 8th. In addition to the AC Supply Co. locations, you will also
have access to the Robert Madden Industries Grand Prairie and McKinney locations.

What’s New?
Invoices issued on or after May 11 will be issued by Robert Madden Industries, Ltd. Customer statements will also
reflect RMI branding, invoice numbers, and remittance instructions moving forward.
Payments should be directed to Robert Madden Industries using the payment methods outlined below. New
account number information will be provided privately by USPS or email.
