Instructions for Submitting Warranty Claims

Confirm that the performed service is covered under the RunTru warranty. Not all service qualifies as warranty service. If unsure, review the warranty documentation for the equipment provided.

Gather all necessary information from the customer before leaving the shop to help avoid additional service trips.

Attach the Return Material Tag (located at the top of the form) to the defective part and return both to your RunTru distributor (such as AC Supply).

Warranty claims and defective parts must be returned to your RunTru distributor within 30 days of the service date.

To be honored, all claims must be received by RunTru (Trane Technologies) within 90 days of the service date.
